And he said unto them, "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature."

The Water Well Project In order to maintain a successful greenhouse we will need to have constant water supply and this can only be accomplished by drilling a borehole. In Kenya water is still a very scarce commodity. The budget for the drilling of the water consist drilling charges, payment of the pump and its accessories. In addition to pipes and tank that will be elevated due pressure. A rough estimate that may change soon as we begin the drilling runs between $30,000-$40,000.

The Greenhouse Project The greenhouse project is a key to well-being of the dream home project. With food issues challenging our nation year after year we are looking forward to be able to feed our children consistently. We can be able to do this by establishing a place where we can grow food all year round. Kenya has tropical climate and therefore favorable to growing crops all year round. This project will help us not only feed our dream house children project but our Kaptembwo children. The projected budget is between $35, 000 to $40,000. Likewise we are pleading for any individual(s) person(s) or a company that can donate a tractor which will help us in accelerate the development of our campus farm.

OCM Churches All OCM Churches are experiencing a great move of God. At the beginning of 2011 we embarked in constructing a new temporary facility for OCM Gecheha Church. Many of you responded graciously and the facility has been completed. We are truly thankful; to Pastor Humphrey Muchoki senior pastor of OCM Kaptembwo for his dedication and commitment in overseeing the launch of the new young Church. Thank you partners for your gifts, prayers, and support.

As for OCM Kaptembwo Church where our feeding project takes place Janet Muchoki has continued to ministers while her husband Pastor Humphrey continues to oversee the young church of OCM Gecheha Church. While Pastor Humphrey has been busy with the new work, Janet on the other hand has been busy helping finishing a Sunday school class for children which is being constructed along the main church. The ladies of the church have stepped up to the plate and they have been able to raise funds towards the construction. All is all the Lord’s hand has been at work and it will be finished shortly. They are maturing the believers and winning souls to the glory of God. The biggest challenge is acquiring an addition property so as to cater for the growth and the children ministries in the church. Pastor Humphrey will greatly appreciate any tangible assistance

In regard to OCM Free Area Church where Major Maurice and Anne Mwangi are pastors they have seen great growth as well as challenges. Few years ago we entered into a lease with the owner of the property since he has decided not sell it to us and our lease is running out by the end of the year (2011). Major Mwangi and the congregation are contemplating of relocating to our property we bought awhile back or swap with another close by property. Please pray with the church as to which direction they should take. The Lord may touch current owner where the church is constructed to sell us the property.

Likewise OCM Mwariki which is led by Pastor Benson and Martha Kiarie the church has continued to pick up slowly and steadily. Additionally, they recently planted trees for beautification of the property. Plans are underway to raise funds for worship facility construction. Your support and prayers are always appreciated.

Jehovah-Jireh program (feeding project name) is an OCM is in a children feeding ministry. We are feeding over 100 children everyday, 7 days a week, healthy hot meals.  The Lord has been very faithful. We have added two fulltime staff working in the feeding program since January 2005. Recently the kitchen has been upgraded and future plans include a refrigerator, gas cooker and other essential apparatus. If you would like to give towards the feeding project please send your gifts as so you may designate.

All OCM Churches are experiencing a great move of God. Molo Church has witnessed a great increase and to this we give God all the glory. Continue to pray with us as we seek a fulltime pastor for this congregation and a bigger place of worship. The Mwariki Church where Benson and Martha Kiarie are pastors has continued to pick up steadily. They just moved to their new location and we are grateful to friends from Arkansas Gary and Patty McDonald who generously donated funds and Mwariki Church was bought. Thank you partners. We pray that funds will come in so as to start building the church.

Free Area Victory Word Church where Major Maurice & Anne Mwangi and assisted by pastor Daniel Kamau have worked very hard and the believers have been added in addition to financial giving. They have extended ministry to high school students in a nearby high school. They also provide ministers for the Molo church.

On the other front Kaptembwo Church is experiencing growth through the feeding project to the children and as Pastor Humphrey and Janet Muchoki continue to mature believers and winning souls to the glory of God. The biggest challenge is acquiring an addition property so as to cater for the growth and the children ministries in the church. Pastor Humphrey will greatly appreciate any tangible assistance.

Water Well:

Yes, we finally drilled the borehole and got water, but apparently after it was tested, we found it has chemicals that need filtration before it can fit for human consumption.  We have contacted two companies who can make a filtration that can extract the chemicals and water. We will post costs as per filtration system to be provided.  Please keep this project in prayer.
